This list contains the 2,000 most prolific importing (in terms of percentage of goods and services bought from overseas vis-a-vis the US) companies in the US, with named Purchasing Manager; the database contains many US household names. The list is suitable for both direct mail and telemarketing purposes, particularly for those companies wishing to offer a high quality product or service to import-intensive US organisations. For these kind of products or services, the list is highly responsive.

is 100% zipcoded to US national standard; telephone numbers are
available for all records.
Accuracy
All contact names were verified by telephone within the last 6 months.

Data structure
The
following fields are supplied, as standard,
for each record:
Named purchasing manager, company name,
full company address including zipcodes verified to US national standard, (telephone number), salutation.
Output formats
Data
is supplied as an ASCII comma-delimited
text (.txt) file, on CD-Rom or via e-mail. The comma-delimited
text format is the default format for the
despatch of our lists, as it is suitable
for import into any spreadsheet,
database or contact management software,
as well as mail-merge; however, if you would
prefer to receive your list in Microsoft
Excel or Microsoft Access format, you will
be able to note this in the "Comments" box,
when you place your order.
Self-adhesive labels are supplied
24 labels per page (the size of each label
is 64mm x 34 mm).
Delivery
Data is dispatched on CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
CD-ROMs as well as labels are
sent by first class, recorded mail.
