interested in receiving the data on floppy
disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail, the cost of
the order is automatically reduced by £15.
Description
This
list contains the largest (in terms of number
of employees) organisations in France, with
choice of named Director of 10 different
job functions (see list below); the database
contains all of France''s household names,
in industries such as Construction, Manufacturing,
Retail, and Financial Services. The
list is suitable for both direct mail and
telemarketing purposes, particularly for
those companies wishing to offer a high
quality product or service to French blue-chip
organisations. Top Companies lists
for France are generally regarded as highly
responsive.
The
executives on this list receive a higher
than average amount of direct mail; despite
this, executives in these high profile French
organisations are much more likely to respond
to a well targeted and relevant approach
than their counterparts in smaller firms.
 Data
is 100% postcoded and checked against the
French postcode address file; telephone
numbers are available for all records.

contact names were verified by telephone
within the last 6 months.

Data structure
The
following fields are supplied, as standard,
for each record: Named senior executive
of choice (see above), company name, full
company address including postcodes verified
to French national standard, (telephone
number), salutation.
Output
formats
Data
is supplied as either an ASCII comma-delimited
text (.txt), Microsoft Excel (.xls), or
Microsoft Access (.mdb) file, on floppy-disk,
CD-Rom or via e-mail. The comma-delimited
text format is the default format for the
despatch of our lists, as it is suitable
for import into any spreadsheet,
database or contact management software,
as well as mail-merge; however, if you would
prefer to receive your list in Microsoft
Excel or Microsoft Access format, you will
be able to note this in the "Comments" box,
when you place your order.
Delivery
Data is dispatched on floppy disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
Disks/CD-ROMs as well as labels are
sent by first class, recorded mail.
