This list contains contains the 2,500 largest users of Microsoft Exchange Server software in Europe (excluding the UK; for a separate list of Microsoft Exchange Server Users in the UK, click here); the contact name supplied with this list is the named most senior IT executive (IT Director or equivalent); the database contains, in the main, only larger organisations.
The list is suitable for both direct mail and telemarketing purposes, particularly for those companies who have something to offer to the European Microsoft Exchange Server marketplace, directly or indirectly (e.g. competitive offerings). Well targeted, the list can prove extremely responsive.
Exchange Server, the Microsoft messaging and collaboration server, is software that runs on servers that enables companies to send and receive electronic mail and other forms of interactive communication through computer networks. Designed to interoperate with a software client application such as Microsoft Outlook, Exchange Server also interoperates with Outlook Express and other e-mail client applications.
E-mail messages are sent and received through what is commonly referred to as a client device such as a personal computer, workstation, or a mobile device including mobile phones or Pocket PCs. The client typically connects to a network of centralized computer systems comprised of servers or mainframe computers where the e-mail mailboxes are stored. Output formats
Data is supplied as an ASCII
comma-delimited text (.txt) file,
on floppy-disk, CD-Rom or via e-mail. The
comma-delimited text format is the default
format for the despatch of our lists, as
it is suitable for import into any
spreadsheet, database or contact management
software, as well as mail-merge; however,
if you would prefer to receive your list
in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access format,
you will be able to note this in the "Comments"
box, when you place your order.
Delivery
Data is dispatched on floppy disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
Disks/CD-ROMs as well as labels are
sent by first class, recorded mail.
