Description
The organisations on this list have more cars and/or vans in their company fleet than any other firm in the UK, and a meticulous effort has gone into researching who these organisations are, and who the respective fleet decision makers are. The list will prove responsive, first and foremost, to those firms whose products and/or services appeal to organisations with large car fleet requirements and budgets.

are available for all records.
Accuracy
All names were contacted within the last 6 months. Selections
The
whole list must be taken.

Car accessories; car manufacturers; conference & seminar organisers; dealerships; financial services; insurance offers.
Data structure
The
following fields are supplied, as standard,
for each record: Named fleet decision maker,
company name, full company address including
PAF verified postcodes, (telephone number),
salutation.
Output formats
Data
is supplied as an ASCII comma-delimited
text (.txt) file, on CD-Rom or via e-mail. The comma-delimited
text format is the default format for the
despatch of our lists, as it is suitable
for import into any spreadsheet,
database or contact management software,
as well as mail-merge; however, if you would
prefer to receive your list in Microsoft
Excel or Microsoft Access format, you will
be able to note this in the "Comments" box,
when you place your order.
Self-adhesive labels are supplied
24 labels per page (the size of each label
is 64mm x 34 mm).
Delivery
Data is dispatched on CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
CD-ROMs as well as labels are
sent by first class, recorded mail.
