Description

This list contains the 2,000 most prolific exporting (in terms of percentage export sales) companies in the UK, with choice of either named most senior executive or named Export Manager; the database contains many of the UK's household names.  The list is suitable for both direct mail and telemarketing purposes, particularly for those companies wishing to offer a high quality product or service to export-intensive organisations.  For these kind of products or services, the list is highly responsive.

Data is 100% postcoded and all records include telephone numbers as standard.

Accuracy

All contact names were verified by telephone within the last 6 months.

Selections

The whole list must be taken; purchaser can choose between named most senior executive and named Export Manager.

Data structure

The following fields are supplied, as standard, for each record: Named executive of choice (named most senior executive or Export Manager), company name, full company address including PAF verified postcodes, telephone number, salutation.

Output formats

Data is supplied as either an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt), Microsoft Excel (.xls), or Microsoft Access (.mdb) file, on floppy-disk, CD-Rom or via e-mail. We strongly recommend you choose the comma-delimited text format, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge and you may hold a different version of Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access to us.

If you would like to test the different formats, you can download a sample database in each of the formats to try out with your software.

Delivery

Data is dispatched on floppy disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.

Disks/CD-ROMs as well as labels are sent by first class, recorded mail.

Terms & Conditions

All data is supplied for multiple use but must not be resold to a third party; if customers do not wish to pay with order, either through our secure server, or by cheque, blue pages are happy to dispatch the list to the customer with an invoice; where goods are supplied in this manner, payment must be made within 30 days of the supply of the data.
