of employees) 2,500 organisations in Europe, with choice of named most senior of
over 35 different job functions (see list
below); the database contains all of Europe's household names, in industries such
as Construction, Manufacturing, Retail,
and Financial Services. The list is
suitable for both direct mail and telemarketing
purposes, particularly for those companies
wishing to offer a high quality product
or service to blue-chip organisations.
Top 2,500 lists are generally regarded as
highly responsive.
The
executives on this list receive a higher
than average amount of direct mail; despite
this, executive in these high profile organisations
are much more likely to respond to a well
targeted and relevant approach than their
counterparts in smaller firms.

Output formats
Data is supplied as either an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt), Microsoft Excel (.xls), or Microsoft Access (.mdb) file, on floppy-disk, CD-Rom or via e-mail. We strongly recommend you choose the comma-delimited text format, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge and you may hold a different version of Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access to us.
Delivery
Data is dispatched on CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
CD-ROMs are sent by first class, recorded mail.
Updates are despatched on CD-ROM or as e-mail attachments, whichever is preferable.
